Hollywood Video Game Kill-Bot is a one man band from Lawndale, CA USA specialising in all styles of electronic music and adding guitar to combine different element of song structure compositions. His influences include ; Bruce Haack, Kraftwerk, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Atari Teenage Riot, Ministry, Skinny Puppy, and lots more. His new album Hvgkb 2 once again goes to show that he is not afraid to experiment and create his own style of music.
While many singers and bands are diving deep into the recent dark days of the socio-political realm, Hollywood Video Game Kill-Bot shines a ray of light instead. A reflection of Hollywood Video Game Kill-Bot’s own journey through life, he triumphs over challenges.
The 10 songs and album features songs such as Row, Panic, House, Off Beat and my personal favourite Hypnotic wavering organ notes run through the retro-tinged alt-folk of Off Beat.
